Cineplexx was calling for a fast and nimble Analytics tool, with near real-time data and flexible mobile access. The architectural design is based on near real-time data load, auto-ELT and self service BI. The agile project approach allowed us to react quickly to both the management’s and users’ requirements. We adapted the data model, the fact view and the configuration in iterative cycles, launched the first dossiers after only three months of project duration and learned some lessons on the way.
